Return & Refund Policy

Refund/Return Policy

While applying for return or refund, your item must be under the following circumstances:

Damaged Product/Manufacturers Defect.
Product Lost in Transit.
Product size defect.
Color defect.


Once your return or refund request is received, we will inspect send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for an item returned/refund.
We will also notify you of the approval of your return/refund.

If you apply for a refund: it will take 3-5 business days to proceed with the amount back to your account.
If you apply for return: It will take 7-10 business days to deliver it to you back.
In order to cancel an item in your order:

Use the contact us form here and provide your order details and reason for cancellation.
Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
**Note: For COD orders please cancel before we dispatch as COD charges are very high. We verify all COD orders before dispatch, so you may cancel at that time.

  1. If I cancel the order will the GST amount charged be refunded?
    If an order is canceled before it is shipped, the GST amount and shipping charges will be refunded.
  2. If I return the order will the GST amount charged be refunded?
    If an order is returned, the GST amount will be refunded. However, Shipping charges will be non-refundable.
  3. What are the items/services that cannot be returned or exchanged?
    For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept the return of briefs, panties, or shapewear panties, or an opened box of a
    multi-piece set that includes panties. Cash cannot be claimed against gift cards and gift wraps.No item that has been sold as part of a
    multipack can be returned as an individual item. Certain sale events or offers will not be covered under our standard return/exchange policies.
    Their terms will be defined and mentioned separately. Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that
    show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled, or are incomplete. The gift items received by you can not be exchanged.
